Opportunity exists for an experienced Process and Training Manager to join the team in Perth, this role will be the driving force behind continuous improvement, providing systems and process training, while ensuring the business has effective and relevant processes on all aspects of its operations, through Process Manager.
The major areas of responsibility for this role include;
- Systems training (Insphire, Netsuite & Process Manager) for new and existing users.
- Ensuring processes are current, standardised and relevant - Best Practice
- Managing Process Manager as the 'source of all processes'
- Creating and implementing new processes as required
- Conducting process audits and detail and rectify non-compliance.
- Administration and Reporting on the above
The Process and Training Manager's role is to drive continuous improvement, create best practice/common practice principles and to ensure the business is trained and process focused.
The successful candidate will be an individual who will honour our core values of People, Safety, Respect, Communication and Continuous Improvement - in addition to this they will have:
- 3-5 years' experience in a similar role
- Previous experience in the Hire Industry will be highly regarded.
- Demonstrated understanding of Process and systems
- Proven ability to communicate at all levels.
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Proven ability to be process driven.
- Demonstrated ability to speak publicly and facilitate training sessions.
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Insphire and Netsuite.
- Creative, positive and self-motivated personality with a "can do" attitude.
- A desire to make a measurable impact.
- Understanding of KPI's and the need to deliver ROI.
- The ability to problem solve and think outside the square.
- The ability to work as part of a team and independently.
