The Role
As a Process Engineer your key responsibilities will include
- Provide engineering solutions to production, quality and engineering departments
- Support Continuous Improvement initiatives site-wide.
- Liaise closely with other disciplines involved in projects, working cooperatively to achieve the best overall solutions.
- Assist with onsite delivery of projects.
- Ensure the constant and consistent review of machine data and trends to ensure cost-down measures are implemented where possible, as well as rolling out continuous improvement processes.
- Coach individuals and teams on CI best practice, relating to their specific field
- Driving a safety-first culture, operational excellence and innovation.
Your Background
- A bachelors degree in chemical or Process Engineering
- Experience in a complex manufacturing organisation in a similar Process Engineering or project engineering role
- Excellent communication and confident dealing with internal and external stakeholders with the ability to influence when needed.
- Experience communicating across a broad range of stakeholders
- Extensive leadership around driving change
