An essential role in delivering procurement support across global projects and sites.

As a result of business growth and a robust project pipeline, we are actively seeking an experienced Procurement Advisor to join our dynamic and globally connected team.
Under the guidance of the Procurement Manager, apply your expertise in tender evaluation, contract negotiation, and capital project management.
Work closely with a collaborative team of professionals based in Brisbane, Perth, Vancouver, and Montreal, operating within a multinational and flexible work environment.

Primary Duties:
Optimise project resource usage for cost efficiency and maximum chargeability.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
Contribute to cost reduction by minimising delays in essential item provision.
Assist in producing commercial documentation for tendering processes.
Produce monthly reports, meeting minutes, and essential correspondence.
Prepare Transmittals for outgoing documentation.
Coordinate and participate in technical and commercial evaluations, compiling recommendations.
Resolve queries from subcontractors and establish effective project control channels.
Expedite supply and subcontractor deliverables, including inspection and auditing.
Pursue warranties and credits with external suppliers.
Who are you?
Extensive project, and procurement experience in mining, engineering, or associated sector.
Efficient communication with vendors, stakeholders, and team members.
Strong analytical, research, and service improvement skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
