Job Description
Lead and manage a multi-national procurement team of 7
Oversee and implement procurement governance policies
Manage end-to-end procurement for the region
Identify and implement opportunities for improvement within procurement processes
Manage supplier negotiations to contribute to cost-effective solutions
Monitor and manage supplier performance, maintaining a strategic approach to supplier relationships.
Ensure proper management of contracts
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for a professional with:
Experience with procure to pay processes
A thorough understanding of procurement governance
The ability to lead and inspire a team
ERP systems experience
Similar industry experience advantageous
Australian citizenship for security clearance
