About the Opportunity:
We are currently seeking a full time Procurement Officer to support the Head of Supply Chain with management and maintenance of new vendor sign ups, supplier agreements, supplier and trade performance in addition to rebate control and internal / external stakeholder service. This role is also responsible for administration relating to D365 and supplier quotes.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Assist with Supplier / Trade agreement maintenance & development
- Coordination of Supplier / Trade performance management surveys
- Assist with supporting internal / external stakeholders with queries / requests
- Facilitate and manage all new vendor sign ups
- Develop and facilitate rebate management system, for ongoing management of supplier rebates and reporting in addition to Canvas quarter rental agreements
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Certificate IV in building construction or trade experience desirable
- Minimum 3 years industry experience
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
