Great career opening for experienced Procurement professional looking for a new role offering scope and challenge. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager you will be responsible for a variety of tasks not limited to:
· Maintain database to ensure procurement and pricing compliance
· Ensure purchasing policies and procedures are maintained, updated and compliant’
· Prepare reporting and procurement analysis for management and department
- Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.
- Monitor shipping schedule and escalation of any delays or issues
- Engage with suppliers and other stakeholders to gather documentation
· Support with contract negotiations and drafting of agreements
Key Criteria:
· At least 3 years of experience in fmcg and manufacturing environments
· Appropriate tertiary qualifications
· Advanced excel and reporting skills
· Superior communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
· Strong understanding of inventory, procurement and supply chain processes
· Proactive, excellent planning and time management
· Team player, decisive and strong compliance skills
