Job description

The Role:

The Pre-Production & Purchasing role in our business exists to coordinate the whole supply chain, from material take-offs, outsourcing, manufacturing scheduling, purchase orders and Production Planning for all our project needs.

Procurement ordering and expediting is completed on time to meet the program.

Production job cards are completed on time, to ensure project deadlines are fulfilled to meet customers satisfaction. Product quality must be maintained to meet customer requirements.

To be the point of contact for project managers, and suppliers and customers alike.

Our Values:

Mission Possible - Getting on with it, Driven, Self-Motivated.

All things are possible to those that believe. That means having a positive, forward-thinking mindset. We appreciate the need for optimistic-pessimism, otherwise known as realism – however we will not tolerate a blatant too-hard, inflexible, selfish, unmotivated, negative and un-believing attitude. We have a duty to ensure we are making our promises possible, to believe in ourselves, in our capability. ‘Impossible’ is an opportunity to prove we are made to perform. We get after it.

Rapid Fire It! - Team Player, Supportive, Helpful, Family.

Whilst an individual can ‘rapid fire’ their tasks, this term has become synonymous with making things happen as a team. It is our war cry to deal with an issue, to progress our opportunities, to disseminate urgency to the team. Nothing actually gets done at Louvreclad by any one individual, it always goes through multiple hands. Rapid Fire Zones enable enhanced teamwork, getting together in one room to ensure things happen quickly, and as a team.

Follow the process - Savvy, Smart, Knowledgeable.

Cutting corners leads to accidents. To get thousands of things right every day would not be achievable if we were cutting corners, or if we didn’t have simple, repeatable processes. This value means more than this. It means no
mavericks, it means you are prepared to submit to proven process, processes that enable you to succeed.

Winners Win - Performance, Winner, Hard Yards, Slogger

There are two well-known mottos amongst the Special Forces fraternity. One is “Who Dares, Wins,” the other is “It pays to be a Winner.” The first points out what it takes to Win. It takes daring, it means taking the path least travelled, ultimately it takes grit – winning every day is a grind, success is found in our daily routines and those who are prepared to dare, to stretch and to repeat with grit will reap the rewards. How? Because completing your sets each and every day will pay off: our morning huddles & planning, daily rapid execution, afternoon review & reset. The fundamentals will never change, but our approach to them can – and that is when Winners Win. It becomes an avalanche. A habit. It becomes constitutional. You know exactly what it takes, and you won’t accept anything less, of yourself, your peers – and ultimately of Louvreclad.

Outshine / Looks Mint - Appearance.

We are not here to be average – we are here to Outshine. In every aspect of our contribution to Louvreclad, and not just as compared to our competitors, but more importantly – compared to our yesterday. At Louvreclad we strive to outshine ourselves every day: In the quality of our work, in our appearance, our mindset, our collaboration, our execution, and finally – our results. If we do this, we truly will outshine the market and become luminaries of the built environment, lighting up the face of Australian building.
