Job Description
As part of this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Tendering procurement packages and executing various supply chain engagement activities.
- Operating in a fast-paced dynamic environment to manage sourcing activities, primarily focusing on hard services within facilities management.
- Generating regular reports on procurement activities, costs, and performance metrics.
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to understand procurement needs and requirements.
- Identifying, evaluating, and selecting suppliers/vendors based on criteria such as cost, quality, and reliability.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in all procurement activities, including the applicable legislation for government partners.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the procurement environment, preferably within facilities management and the property space.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, demonstrating the ability to understand the business requirements and deliver proactive sourcing solutions.
