Role Requirements:
- Purchase order creation, change orders, enquiries.
- Expediting of backorders
- Process all New Vendor Requests
- Maintain updated insurances for required classification of high-risk suppliers.
- Support ad-hoc procurement duties
- After hours support - weekend machine downs
- Support preparation for procurement/project/site meetings.
- Competent and well versed in Microsoft suite - Excel, proficient use of spreadsheets and word processing systems.
- Pronto ERP experience desirable
- High attention to detail and ability to work well in a team environment is essential.
- Ability to establish rapport with vendors and stakeholders.
- Good organisational, time management skills with the ability to perform effectively to meet deadlines.
- Timely and accurate fulfilment of Purchase requisitions and supply of materials/services
- Ability to complete pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing.
