Product Coordinator

How you will spend your day:

• Execute and maintain range board documents and range plan
• Collaborate with broader Product team in the development/ creation of product ranges in line with the Adairs Product Strategy and business objectives and in line with Critical Path deadlines
• Ensure suppliers understand all requirements of briefs
• Review and assess product samples and packaging to ensure quality standard and agreed brief has been met
• Work to agreed timelines
• Demonstrate a level of financial understanding and business acumen
• Adhere to the approval process when working on collaboration/liscencing projects
• Effective and timely communication to key stakeholders on product related issues that may impact other departments
• Support product manager to deliver range and control cost and timelines

What we’ll value in you:

• Minimum 2 years experience required in a product support entry level role
• Excellent time management and organisation skills
• Proficient in the use of Adobe Creative Suite and Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign – ability to cad products at pace
• Impeccable attention to detail and ability to prioritise competing deadlines
• A technical understanding of product development and execution , fabrics/ materials/ finishes and print application

• Tertiary qualification in Product Design or Buying.
• Proactive mindset and love being the first to solve a problem or improve a process
