The Role

This role:
- An experienced product development professional with nutraceutical experience/ knowledge of TGA requirements
- Hands-on R&D encompassing NPD and EPD - formulation, testing, documentation, process improvements, ingredient sourcing and cost management
- Strong project management skills are required
- Collaboration with suppliers as well as the broader innovation, quality and supply chain teams to determine profitable formulation partnerships and solutions
- Stakeholder engagement and influencing skills – co-manufacturers, suppliers and in house teams
- Degree qualified Dietician, Naturopath, Pharmaceutical science
- Minimum 7-10 years experience in product development and manufacturing systems
- Sound working knowledge of TGA regulations and stage-gate process
- Strong communication, project management and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lean-in to ambiguity and thrive in an agile environment

- Confidence to challenge established ways of working with new processes and procedures, can drive an agenda
