We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Product Manager to join our Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery team. Reporting to the Business Unit Leader for Mentor, you will be responsible for a diverse range of products, including breast implants, tissue expanders, and acellular dermal matrix.
THE OPPORTUNITY
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Product Specialist to join the Australian team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and implement strategies to drive double-digit growth in the portfolio
• Collaborate with Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeons, General Breast Surgeons, Plastic Surgery Nurses, and Plastic Surgery Practice Managers
• Manage the full lifecycle of product marketing, from market analysis to strategy execution
• Developing key customer call strategies to identify and pursue sales leads
• Demonstration of a genuine passion for the medical device industry
• Build collaborative relationships across the wider J&J MedTech and DePuy Synthes teams
• Ensure accountability for financial targets
