To provide marketing support for all products in the portfolio to all relevant parties in Australia and New Zealand.
Main Responsibilities
▪ Provide promotional material to support sales staff.
▪ Prepare and provide product and technical information for customers.
▪ Prepare and provide product training for manager, sales staff, customer service, customers and potential customers; training includes classroom training and training in the field.
▪ Price maintenance of all products in the portfolio.
▪ Prepare Conference Budgets and Trade Exhibition participation including attendance at all key meetings. Responsible for marketing budget.
▪ Prepare monthly marketing report for ANZ Monthly Business Review (MBR) Report includes sales/margin/volume analysis by product
▪ Attend conferences and trade shows to promote the range of products in the portfolio and to gather market intelligence.
▪ Liaison with Logistics/Supply Chain for stock forecasts for the portfolio; the maintenance of the stock levels and the management of excess stock, expiring stocks etc.
▪ Liaise and co-ordinate all new product launches; the steps in a product launch include identifying market potential, forecasting stock quantity, sales training, product trialing, pricing, making stock ready for sales.
▪ Regular volume analysis by item code; report variances.
▪ Oversee and/or execute ‘Sales Operations’ tasks (see Sales Operations Manager Job Description) as required
▪ Pharmacovigilance Contact Person
▪ Other duties as required
▪ Maintain regular input and reporting within Salesforce. This includes but not limited to: ensuring accuracy of competitor and market information, market share of all products, contacts and e-consent
▪ Utilise pardot and measure return on investment of marketing activities via opportunity conversion
Educations & Experiences
▪ Tertiary qualifications in Science, Business, Marketing or Health Care

▪ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
▪ Strong and demonstrable business acumen
▪ Effective organizational and time management skills
▪ Ability to multi task and manage complexity
▪ Ability to set goals and work with minimum supervision
