In this role you will

• Leverage your existing experience with ticketing systems, card issuing, or payment products to identify and communicate solutions to complex problems that balance customer value and organizational objectives.
• Manage the lifecycle of one or more products from inception to customer launch and ongoing evolution.
• Define product vision and strategy based on customer insights and market trends, leveraging your experience with ticketing systems, card issuing, or payments products.
• Build relationships and engage with a diverse set of stakeholders across the organization.
• Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and delivery partners to manage dependencies and risks and ensure the delivery of high-quality customer and business outcomes.

About you

• Experience of 3-5 years in product management or relevant related role, focusing on ticketing systems, card issuing and payments.
• Demonstrated expertise in supporting the delivery of new products and/or enhancement of existing products.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and manage conflicting priorities.
• Extensive experience managing diverse and complex stakeholder groups, bridging gaps between business and technical perspectives.
