As the new RAMS Product Manager - Insights & Analytics, you are responsible for the delivery and management of product insights and analytics in relation to the RAMS product portfolio. The primary objective of this role is to provide trusted, actionable analytics and insights to identify areas of increased risk to support decision-making.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning and delivering the regular product performance monitoring
- Working closely with business partners to deliver uplifts to existing reporting suites
- Supporting the business to make data-driven business decisions to achieve optimal risk outcomes by providing insights
- Creating and delivering presentations and reports for stakeholders that clearly and concisely present analysis and recommendations
- Providing insights and analytics on RAMS product information to different Lines of Businesses across Westpac

What do I need?
This would suit a candidate with experience at an analyst level who is looking for an opportunity to deepen their insight and relationship skills by stepping into a Product Manager role and positioning themselves as a valued business partner.
- 1-2 experience in a similar role within a Franchise, or sales business in Financial Services would be highly desirable
- Experience working with Third Party vendors and mortgages
- Structured mindset with planning, delivery and problem solving
- Ability to seek out and use data and information to draw out insights and drive outcomes
- Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate for changes in the market and priorities
