Where the team fits in
This role sits within the Personalisation and Privacy tribe, one of the Tribes that sit within the Consumer Group of the business lead by Melina Cruickshank, our Chief Product & Audience Officer. Consumer Group’s mandate is to be the number one destination for Australian property and real estate through having the most engaging and best real estate and property experience.
The Stack Stars squad has end to end responsibility for managing the Personalisation Stack. This includes enabling sending personalised marketing communications via Braze and Tealium. It also includes enabling in product personalisation by building a personalisation platform that allows product teams to tailor a consumer’s experience based on their unique property journey, helping make REA’s personalisation dreams come true.
What the role is all about
Deliver our Personalisation roadmap to enhance personalised experience across REA.
Maintain knowledge of key personalisation trends to support hyper personalised experiences.
Maintain the squad roadmap as your primary tool to execute the Product strategy.
Build close partnerships with our key internal stakeholder groups
Manage external relationships with technology partners and industry experts
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing & audience teams across the business to support ongoing and new personalisation initiatives.
Participate as part of a thriving Product community at REA, with many opportunities to network and learn from experienced Product professionals at the top of their field
Maintain product documentation and support channels
Who we’re looking for
Strong personalisation/ martech experience
Experience with relevant marketing technology platforms such as Tealium and Braze.
Demonstrated experience navigating complex stakeholder environments.
Comfortable managing large, complex programs of work.
Strong analytical skills, including ability to interpret complex business needs and translate into product requirements for technical solutions
Demonstrated ability to manage product or project roadmaps with trade-offs and dependencies
Able to communicate and collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders
Solid prioritisation and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage the competing demands of multiple projects in a timely manner
