Job Description: The opportunity
To support the Platforms Product team to deliver compliant, clear, concise and effective disclosure documents. This includes project management, stakeholder engagement, timeline management, and monitoring. The role will also encompass other Product Management activities to maintain competitive and compliant products and create strong product value propositions for customers and advisers to drive increased cashflow and revenues and retain existing value. How you will make an impact
Lead the management of the disclosure document due diligence process to deliver high quality disclosure documents to market, which includes:
- Project manage the end-to-end disclosure document due diligence process including planning, scoping, delivery, reporting and monitoring of these items.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve the disclosure document process to produce efficiencies, enhanced customer outcomes and a strong control environment.
- Work with stakeholders across the business to deliver high quality disclosure documents to market.
- Use the Objective Keystone system to edit and manage disclosure documents.
- Finalise and distribute completed documents and maintain document record keeping arrangements
- Implement changes and enhancements to products to ensure optimal outcomes for customers and AMP
- Product lead and support to ensure successful implementation of regulatory change / compliance initiatives
- Provide product subject matter expertise for compliance incident rectification activity
- Prepare internal reporting for senior management and the trustee / RE boards
- Development of support materials and product related communications to internal and external stakeholders
- Support Senior Product Manager and Head of Product and Pricing on product strategy, product development initiatives, product management and projects as required
Experience & Qualifications required
- 5 years + experience within the Financial Services industry
- Technical systems experience (Objective Keystone experience preferred)
- Analytical skills and ability to manage data within Excel
- Experience with running PDS rollovers highly desirable
In addition to your experience and qualifications, you should be able to demonstrate an excellent level of competency in the following:
- Excellent attention to detail, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain good stakeholder relationships
- Able to work on multiple projects at one time, balancing priorities, and deadlines
- Strong technical ability: including ability to use and develop proficiency in a variety of software systems.
- A good understanding of project management, with a willingness to develop in this area.
