About the Role
As we embark on an exciting phase of business transformation, we're looking for a Product Manager to be at the heart of our Salesforce platform development and roadmap, ensuring its alignment with our strategic vision. This isn't just any Product Manager role; it's your opportunity to be at the forefront of a digital transformation in healthcare, making services more integrated and seamless for users across our hospitals, aged care, community care, and national services. Join us on a permanent full-time basis at our new Sydney head office.
What Will You Do?
- Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for the Salesforce platform, ensuring integration across Marketing Cloud, Health Cloud, Nonprofit Cloud, and Mulesoft to meet business objectives.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualisation and development through to launch and post-launch analysis.
- Analyse performance metrics and user feedback to continuously refine and enhance the Salesforce platform's features, usability, and overall value to Calvary.
