The Opportunity
Your role involves maximising customer and business value by overseeing both new and existing products. You'll guide products through the entire lifecycle, from initial research and ideation to implementation and ongoing enhancements. Your success will be gauged by essential commercial and customer success metrics. While you'll have the autonomy to work independently, you'll also collaborate with the product and marketing team for support when needed.
Your responsibilities & duties
- Conduct research initiatives and discuss next steps with PMs
- Create weekly/monthly reports on top/least performing products on the website
- Implement strategies and plan for new beauty care ingredients
- Participate in board meetings with the leadership team
- Manage website pricing and product information
- Analyse and sort excess inventory online
- Undertake market research to stay ahead of competitors
- Previous experience with raw ingredients within the beauty industry is beneficial
- Ability to analyse products from internal drive and create web descriptions
- Experience working with fast-paced, in-house teams
- Strong attention to detail and design
- Background working at a marketing agency or pharma is preferred
