A career in Technology, Product and Information will see you working on products that are used every single day by our millions of customers all over the world. This position is within our Core Services Tribe. GPS, in a nutshell, build and maintain the applications used by teams within the Carsales businesses in Australia and LATAM. These include API's for Payment , Authentication, Location and also other applications that enable inventory data integrations between cross teams and external parties.

What you'll do
Together with carsales this is your opportunity to join our carsales Product Group, this newly created role will work on a new product and new line of business for carsales. This multi-faceted, high-intensity role will see you driving key elements of the product and evolving an existing market and consumer experience - all while achieving product excellence and being a consumer advocate.
- Develop and support solutions that deliver a Customer centric and commercial mindset. You are an advocate for users but can balance this out with business targets and objectives.
- Specialisation and focus on Technology and Platform Products for usage by technical teams and Technology Businesses. Preferrably SaaS Products
- Demonstrate understanding, motivations and expertise in researching and establishing true consumer/market problems and defining the 'why'.
- Leading and organising delivery of complex, multi-team Technology Products to tight time frames with varied stakeholders and business drivers
- An ability to multitask and juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic and constantly changing environment, whilst still paying attention to the tiniest of details
- Building, leading and continuously developing an autonomous, self-organizing Squad with a culture of high performance and accountability.
- You are an influencer who can build strong and productive relationships across all levels of the business
Qualifications

- Experience in product development, sales, customer communication, project management, service business, and team leadership.

- Quick and adaptive comprehension, careful and systematic work, customer-centricity, and high willingness to help.
- Very strong problem-solving, stakeholder management and agile work including tools, product development, cloud-based solutions, cloud computing
