AddressMarket leading mid-tier Financial Services organisation seeks Digital Product Owner to work across complex IT programs on a permanent basis.
This is a true end to end PO role where you will balance strategic vision, effective communication, collaboration and decision-making ability to maximise value for the product, customers and stakeholders.
About the role:
Responsibilities:
- Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Define and prioritize product features based on market trends, customer feedback, and business strategy.
- Work closely with stakeholders, including development teams, UX/UI designers, and business analysts, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and improve existing products.
- Create and maintain product roadmaps, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of releases and updates.
- Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, facilitating communication and resolving issues.
- Continuously monitor product performance and gather feedback to drive improvements and enhancements.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
About you:
The successful candidate will require the following:
- 4+ years of Product Owner experience in complex IT programs
- Financial Services experience
- Demonstrated experience in driving Product Ownership practices along with strong understanding of Product Ownership frameworks
- Proven strategic thinking and innovation skills with a track record of driving innovation, problem- solving and delivering impactful solutions.
- Advanced analytical skills and ability to synthesize data from multiple sources.
- Strong capabilities in engaging with diverse audiences, including technical and non technical stakeholders.
- Facilitation of groups to elicit requirements and design
- Leadership skills to lead and inspire teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Ability to translate the product and architecture vision and roadmap as through to delivery, operation and continuous improvement
