We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Owner to join one of our Agile squads and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Digital Stores platform.As a Digital StoresProduct Owner, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, responsible for translating vision into reality. You'll serve as the guardian of your product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the program's strategic objectives and key results (OKRs). With your deep domain expertise and stakeholder management skills, you'll champion the voice of the customer, guiding the team towards delivering high-impact solutions!If you've got a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer value, we would love to hear from you!What you will be doingAs a Digital StoresProduct Owner at Kmart Group, your role entails:

  • Driving value creation by spearheading strategic product development to optimize customer and stakeholder value.
  • Advocating for the customer and instilling a customer-centric mindset within the squad.
  • Providing clear vision and direction to inspire innovative thinking and goal achievement.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to build compelling business cases for product enhancements and technological advancements.
  • Monitoring and ensuring the achievement of OKRs and success measures across both product and portfolio levels.
  • Ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness of the product, encompassing all aspects of customer experience, performance, availability, and reliability.
  • Actively participating in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning and backlog refinement to facilitate optimal solutions delivery.
To be successful in this role you'll have:
  • 3-5 years of demonstrated experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, with a solid understanding of the product life cycle, MVP, and iterative delivery methodologies.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment a must, with an Agile certification considered a bonus.
  • Proficiency in utilizing Product Ownership tools and artifacts to effectively engage both business and technology stakeholders.
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic, large-scale environment, demonstrating your ability to deliver results amidst challenging circumstances.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, enabling you to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills, allowing you to capture and leverage data and insights for informed decision-making.
  • Proven leadership and change management prowess, with a track record of guiding teams toward successful outcomes.
  • Tertiary education is preferred; Certification in CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or equivalent is advantageous.
