Product Specialist role (Product & Portfolio) is responsible for the design, solution, delivery and quality of the Motor product program of work ensuring exception customer experience within the Motor Insurance business.Responsibilities will include (not limited to):
- Provide business expertise of product optimisation opportunities and advise on solutions designs and delivery aligned to systems and processes
- Leads the planning of Motor product initiatives within the Motor Product and Digital Experience team
- Apply the appropriate governance frameworks and methodologies to ensure the successful initiative design and delivery
- Actively works to find opportunities (includes a robust test and learn plan) to ensure optimisation and continuous improvement throughout the year, demonstrating incremental learnings
- Delivers initiatives into production, with a focus on robust execution - including ensuring acceptance criteria are appropriate and proactively fulfilling UAT, PVT and release activities
- Addresses product issues with a sense of urgency around remediation. Ensuring incidents are limited in duration, and where necessary IRIIS are resolved efficiently
To be successful in this role, you will have:- Minimum 2 years in insurance and/or financial services experience
- Minimum 2 year in Motor Insurance product (desired)
- Minimum 2 years of delivery / agile experience
