We are looking for a Product Support Administrator to join our Product team at Wilson Parking. This will be offered as a full time opportunity, will access to free parking and Wilson Group employee benefits!
The position:
This role's main function is to support, maintain and administer the systems that form the product solution architecture for Wilson Parking. The role will be an SME on all parking systems and will support the product set-up for pre-booking, session, subscription and other parking solutions. In addition, this role will assist in troubleshooting complex customer issues in order to identify technology and process improvement opportunities.
Working as part of the Retail team, you will be a key contributor to maintain and deliver our products and solutions. You will work closely with the customer support teams to identify common issues and report these to the wider product team.
Some key duties include:
- System administration across parking specific solutions
- Product set-up
- Reporting
- Troubleshooting and investigation of customer service issues
- Works closely with cross-functional teams in Customer support and sales
- Works closely with business and technical partners for continual improvement
What we are looking for:
- 1-3 years experience in administration, support or similar role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, organisation and time management
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong focus on problem solving and lateral thinking
- Experience working in a customer service focused environment
- Ability to interpret, follow and effectively communicate Workplace Health and Safety policies and procedures
- Diploma in Administration, equivalent or higher, is highly regarded but not essential
