About the Role
Hastings Deering is currently recruiting for a Product Support Services Representative to support our Laboratory Services team. Based in Brisbane but allowing flexibility for travel, this is a Permanent position.
We are looking for someone with impeccable work ethics who likes to learn, seize opportunities and take responsibility for achieving excellence whilst working as part of a great team.
The key responsibilities of this role will include but not be limited to:
- Identify opportunities and maintain client accounts
- Provide training to internal and external customers ensuring software and services are utilised to full potential
- Assist customers in achieving outcomes from services undertaken such as oil, coolant, diesel, grease or filtergram analysis
- Prospecting clients through your own research, strategic cold calling, warm leads and existing databases
- Develop lasting relationships with clients based on trust and adding value to their business
- Report and communicate internally to ensure opportunities are being maximized and customer expectation are being met
About You
You will bring the following skills and experience to the role:
- Trade qualification or relevant tertiary qualifications are desirable
- Strong customer service
- Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external clients
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- High level of problem solving with the ability to work autonomously
- Australian driver's license
- Flexibility for extensive work travel within the company footprint as required
- An understanding of oil analysis services
