We’re looking for a Production Administrator to join our team within Score Group based at our facility in Wangara, Perth.

Your role within our team
The Production Administrators will join our team and will be responsible for administrative duties such as processing orders, document processing, filing, answering phone and any other stores related duties as required by the team.
If you have excellent Microsoft skills and enjoy working as part of a team this is a great chance to develop your administrative skills further within a fast paced and varied environment.
This position is Full-time, office hours are between 8.00am to 4.30pm, however these times are flexible and can be discussed at interview stage.
Primary responsibilities
- Assist with coordination of major shutdown activities, including but not limited to personnel logistics, arranging hire equipment and cost tracking
- Raise internal/external purchase orders
- Process sales enquiries on the system
- Monitor the progress of sales orders and follow up with suppliers as required
- Produce status reports and issue to the client on a periodic basis
- Generate and issue invoices archive job files - on the system and hard copy
- Maintain internal filing and job tracking systems
- Update internal documents using Microsoft Software
- Record meeting minutes and produce progress reports against the project plan
Qualifications and Experience
- Relevant administration experience within an office environment
- Sound working knowledge of MS Office package – Word, Excel & PowerPoint
