Key Responsibilities:
- Program Coordination:
- Oversee and coordinate merchandising programs in collaboration with strategic partners.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders on various program aspects.
- Order Processing and Inventory Management:
- Efficiently process and manage orders through the B2B system.
- Implement effective inventory management strategies.
- Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and issues promptly.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance the overall B2B customer experience.
- Coordination:
- Liaise with logistics partners to optimize operations.
- Ensure seamless communication and coordination among internal teams and external partners.
- Supplier Collaboration:
- Engage with suppliers, managing the end-to-end process of purchase orders.
- Facilitate the consolidation of goods at designated points for distribution.
- Financial Administration and Reporting:
- Assist in financial administration, including processing invoices and tracking expenses.
- Provide regular financial reports and analysis.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in merchandising, order processing, and inventory management.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in B2B systems and relevant software.
- Familiarity with financial administration and reporting processes.
