What does the job look like?
We are looking for an energetic and forward-thinking Executive Assistant with natural leadership capabilities to join our team! Your days will be busy managing a diverse range of duties in this fast paced, complex environment, but most importantly, be a critical partner in the success of both the Executives you are supporting. This role will be accountable for driving the co-ordination and management of all administrative functions. Key areas:
Coordinate business affairs on behalf of the Executives
Maintain effective communication with operating divisions and external stakeholders
Complex diary and email management
Proactively anticipate needs and ensure the Executives are prepared in advance of meetings
Prepare and coordinate presentations and reports
Effectively maintain systems and records
Co-ordinate venues, rooms and meal requirements for events, business trips, flights and accommodation bookings
Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all internal and external relationships, engagements and communications

This position would be suitable for an experienced Executive Assistant with a strong administrative background that possesses the ability to provide support at an executive level in a fast-paced environment. You can demonstrate:
Technically proficient with Microsoft Office
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to anticipate key stakeholders and business unit needs without compromising quality
High level organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure to meet deadlines
Proven experience in actively engaging, anticipating and preparing for Executive’s and stakeholder needs, coupled with the ability to use initiative
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Demonstrated experience in systematic thinking and process improvement
Previous experience working in a support capacity within an Operational organisation highly regarded but not a requirement
