They are experiencing quantum growth and are looking for an Adelaide Production Manager who shares their passion for excellence and efficiency.
Your New Role:
As the Production Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of the manufacturing process to meet business objectives. This position involves managing daily production operations, ensuring safety leadership, maintaining quality control, and adhering to budgets. You will be responsible for planning and organising production schedules, setting specific targets, managing resources effectively, ensuring high-quality standards. Your role is vital in driving continuous improvement to enhance productivity and efficiency.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- A Trade, Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role in a manufacturing environment demonstrating experience in Production Engineering, Production Planning, Quality Management.
- Strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of mechanical equipment and production processes. The ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve production targets.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing methodologies and knowledge of applicable legislative requirements.
- Ensure ISO 9001 Certification is maintained and drive Stage Gate quality control systems.
- Certifications in Six Sigma, PMP, or related areas are highly desirable.
