Bravo Accountants is a boutique accounting firm in Mudjimba. Founded by Miranda Bravo Hollands, whom has 20 years experience in the industry. We provide an extensive range of financial management services for small to medium sized businesses and are looking to expand the team.
Qualifications & experience
- Previous experience in an administrative role is an advantage, but not essential
- Strong attention to detail, an ability to multitask, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
Tasks & responsibilities
- General administrative tasks including assisting with general office operation, managing firm correspondence (phones, emails, mail)
- Assisting the Director and clients
- Liaising with clients, previous accountants and other stakeholders
- Support of team members
- Accounting administrative tasks including ASIC management, ATO point of contact, document management
- Assisting with posting and upkeep of social media accounts
