This is a superb opportunity for an experienced Product Manager with experience including API's and integrations. Reporting to the Head of Product you will focus on product integrations with several integrations partners. You will work closely with an established team of Developers who focus solely on integrations and be accountable for ensuring seamless integrations, new developments to accommodate partner products and uncovering opportunities to improve efficiencies.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Identify customer needs across all clients and integration partners, identifying differences between offerings and ensure features and enhancements are delivered in the most consistent way possible.
- Develop and present business cases for new services or features
- Own and define the vision and roadmap of products, aligned to customer needs and business requirements
- Ensure a high level of consistency, documentation, stakeholder communication and operational delivery is upheld
- Become and expert on integration product functions and advocate for opportunities to to improve these consistently
- Build rapport and influence development team and stakeholders through support, collaboration, and regular engagement
- Ensure all product documentation is up to date and regularly distributed to internal and external stakeholders.
- Represent clients by adopting a customer-centric strategy for integrated products, including BETA and usability testing, analytics, on-site visits, and regular collection of feedback
- Track and report on success of newly launched products and features with a focus on Return on investment (ROI)
- Design, prototype, develop and test new product features and initiatives in collaboration with business stakeholders
- Investigate new services through market research and innovation
A guide on salary is $115,000 + Super + $9,000 Bonus. The company offers 2 days per week working from home for this role.
