We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to join our Engineering & Innovation business. Located in Narellan and reporting to the General Manager, some of the responsibilities include however are not limited to: Ensure all Production employees are competent and motivated to perform their roles efficiently and effectively.
Identify and recommend improvements to current Production processes to drive efficiency, quality, and output. Develop and manage production schedules to provide workload visibility. Forecast and manage production resource and shift requirements.
