They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to oversee the manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective production of products in compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of pharmaceutical production, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
- Develop and implement production plans to meet company goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and resolve any issues or challenges.
- Train and develop production staff to maintain a high level of competence and performance.
- Monitor production metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Manage production budgets and expenses to meet financial targets.
Qualifications and experience:
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical production processes and regulatory requirements.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Solid understanding of budgeting and financial management principles.
Renumeration:
