- Run, execute, and maintain production planning processes for manufacturing in a sustainable & efficient way, optimizing available resources.
- Prepare rolling production scheduling for manufacturing in the short-term planning tool to meet order delivery and forecast requirements.
- Collect the required capacity and availability parameters and leverage them to accomplish efficient scheduling for manufacturing sites.
- Adhere to capacity, production, and material availability constraints while minimizing customer impacts and last-minute short-term planning changes.
- Collect and consolidate from Manufacturing sites weekly updates on crewing capacity, manufacturing assumptions and availability.
- Manage exception situations (last moment machine breakdown, material arrival delays/quality hold, high criticality urgent production requests) using best judgement & alignment with the related stakeholders to ensure minimal impact on business.
- Run MRP / DRP / Master Planning for management and release of production orders and management of finished goods inventory.
- Lead Weekly Production-Planning meetings to measure and monitor Adherence to Schedule, Communicate Weekly Schedule and ensure sign-off process on agreed plan.
- Lead and participate in the assigned Supply Chain or Cross functional projects targeting to deliver productivity and/or process efficiencies.
- Lead and participate in customer make to forecast process.
