Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 3-6 staff members from the front.
- Oversee the production process in a 24-hour operation.
- Ensure efficient and timely execution of tasks.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize productivity and quality.
- Provide hands-on support on the production floor when needed.
Key Requirements:
- Construction trade qualification or relevant industry experience.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work during different shifts as required.
Responsibilities:
