Bring your expertise to BE Campbell, where you will play a key role in coordinating and managing the training needs of our Production Training team through the use of a comprehensive skills matrix. As the Production Training Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining compliance and standards for BE Campbell and the Australian Meat Training Centre (enterprise RTO) for all tasks being trained by the Production Training team, managing document control, assessment validation and collection of data for regulatory reporting.

About you
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a leadership role, a strong understanding of RTO requirements, and a proven track record in training and development. This role would suit a motivated individual with strong organisational skills and a passion for teaching and mentoring!
To be successful in this role you will bring:
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the meat processing or food manufacturing industry
- Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control and safety standards (highly advantageous)
