Quality Manager

To ensure the quality management systems are effective, compliant, and continuously improving. You’ll lead quality initiatives, manage documentation, conduct audits, and support projects to meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
-Ensure efficient resource use and identify cost-saving opportunities.
-Manage compliance with quality management system (QMS).
-Promote customer focus and manage quality-related inquiries.
-Lead, mentor, and develop the quality team.

About You:
Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in quality management or related field. Lead management system auditor certification.

Experience:
8+ years in quality management, preferably in engineering consultancy.

Skills:
Strong understanding of ISO standards, excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

Attributes:
Independent, resilient, and capable of managing conflict and establishing trust.
