Melbourne Innovation Centre (MIC) is seeking a highly motivated and organised Program Coordinator to join our small team.

Melbourne Innovation Centre(MIC) exists to support the local innovative enterprise to sustain and scale, assisting long term economic development and an increase in sustainable employment in Melbourne’s north and beyond. We strive to support the growth and success of entrepreneurs and startups through the delivery of world-class incubation and small business support programs. MIC is one of the longest running business incubators in Australia, founded in 1998, in that time we have supported over 1,000 businesses through incubation allowing them to grow and improve the economy of the region and over 15,000 businesses through support programs.
About the Role:
In this critical role, you will play a pivotal role in the success of MIC's programs by providing comprehensive administrative, operational, and reporting support. You will be responsible for:
- Processing referrals into support programs
- Serving as a primary contact for program participants
- Booking and scheduling appointments for clients
- Developing and maintaining program documentation
- Preparing and maintaining program reports
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
- Providing administration support to team of contracted business advisors
- Providing ad-hoc office administrative and project support to the COO and CEO

Key Selection Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Previous experience in program coordination or a related field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working with vulnerable populations
- Exceptional customer service
