• Level 6/7: $87,337 - $108,146 + 17% superannuation

Information Management & Technology Services (IMTS) is seeking an individual with a strong background in IT project management or PMO roles to join their team as the Program Coordinator.The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in coordination/administration of programs of varying scope and complexity utilising project management methodologies and ensuring adherence to governance requirements.The Program Coordinator will be responsible for providing advice and support on best practice including developing and maintaining project management systems, technical documentation, and the successful management of resources and budgets to increase efficiency and effectiveness across the university.We are seeking a skilled individual who possesses high level interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence, as you communicate and consult with internal stakeholders, third party vendors and project teams across other institutions.You will be responsible for the administration of calendar program events including committees, working groups and meetings, as you provide administrative support through minute taking, coordination and preparation of presentation packs and status reports to ensure accurate and excellent delivery of service.The successful candidate will have a commitment to continuous improvement, and a dedication to inclusive and culturally respectful workplace practices.
