We now have an exciting opportunity available for a Program Delivery Co-ordinator to join our Sustainability and Corporate Affairs team in Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the Value Chain Emissions Manager, you will be responsible for providing high quality coordination, reporting, and information management support to the Head of Net Zero & Climate, Value Chain Emissions Manager and the Net Zero & Climate Team. The program is transitioning into the Business As Usual phase and is looking to establish and maintain a robust operating cadence with appropriate oversight and governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the preparation of accurate and timely program reporting for all tiers of the Program's Governance Framework
- Support for the Head of Net Zero & and Climate, Program Leadership Team, Commitment Owners, and some activities of work outlined in the team schedule
- Maintain the program schedule, information /documents, registers and file accurately in the MS Teams and SharePoint environments
- Tracking of the Net Zero Climate Action Plan in collaboration with Commitment Owners
- Support the Net Zero Team with preparation for key meetings (eg. Governing Committees, risk workshops, etc.)
- Support financial reporting, tracking and associated cost centre administration for the home cost centre
About You
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills with Microsoft Project, administration of SharePoint / Teams and/or Intranet desirable. Strong PowerPoint skills
- Experience in large, multi-stream program environments or supporting a multidisciplinary operational function
- Experience preparing reports for Executive and Governing Committees
- Understanding of corporate financial management processes
- Highly organised with an attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication
- A team player able to work with minimum supervision
