Form of work The role: Paxus is assisting Caryn Garbutt, Senior Director, to recruit to a permanent Program Director role within the Delivery Office of Delivery Support Services. We are seeking a dynamic, delivery and outcome focused Program Director to lead critical ICT projects across the state. Are you right for this role? To be successful in this role, you must have demonstrated: Proven delivery experience in a Health environment Demonstrated experience in the use and application of project management methodologies, frameworks. Demonstrated track record of effectively developing, managing, and supporting a high performing and delivery-oriented team. High level ability to understand stakeholder objectives and requirements and establish effective strategic relationships. About Delivery Services Branch - eHealth Queensland: The Delivery Services Branch is Queensland Health's trusted partner and advisor for digital health project delivery excellence. The branch includes the following units: Digital Solutions and Technology Digital Health and Business Solutions Delivery Support Services Clinical Program Digital Partnership Team Digital Enablement Digital Capital Program The core function of the branch is to ensure successful delivery of major IT projects and initiatives to our customers across Queensland Health for the benefit of all Queenslanders.
