Based in Bentley, PERM role with regional travel.Be part of a business delivering real positive change in regional WA.Health and wellbeing programs.What is your new role about?As an expansion of current power generation and retail service provisions, Horizon Power has established an exciting new division to deliver electricity to 117 remote communities throughout Western Australia. The Program Manager will play an integral role in driving the transition of customers, the design and delivery of a meter end-to-end strategy, including the successful deployment of meters to customers in remote locations and ensure all customer details are captured.Your new role will include:Manage the meter and customer transition, to capture meter and customer data across the communities. The transition will require various projects to be simultaneous managed to ensure the success delivery to meet compliance obligations by 2031.Manage the development of business case/s, project scope, work deliverables, budgets and schedules for identified initiatives in line with the projects defined.Identify and effectively manage project risks and issues throughout the project or program lifecycle.Lead and communicate multi-discipline project activities across all domains (including but not exclusive of customer, legal, project management, procurement, technology).Assist in the development and /or review of Board, Executive and PMM documentation as well as other documentation as required e.g. marketing material communication plans Ministerial briefing notes.Our new Program Manager will have:Mandatory formal Project Management Certification or equivalent experience. Awareness and respect of the diversity of First Nations cultures across WA.Experience developing and delivering submissions to the Executive Management Team and Board.An actions and solutions-oriented approach, capable of working effectively in a team and autonomously in a rapidly evolving and dynamic environment.We value the importance of First Nations culture.
