to the Training Superintendent, we are seeking an enthusiastic, detailed
oriented Administrator. As an integral member of the team, the Training
Administrator will be required to assist with the day to day activities of our
successful training facility and streamline processes.This
is a full time permanent role; Monday ? Friday at our Canning Vale training
facility. The Role Includes:� Processing incoming training requests� Coordinating logistical arrangements for training
programs� Manage the course calendar, ensuring accuracy and
timely updates� Generate and distribute course materials, including
handouts and certificates� Liaise with and manage communications with external
clients; providing key information� Utilising the CRM system to track client details,
course enrolments and training records What Do I Need? � A minimum of 2 years? administrative experience
required (ideally within the Mining & Resources sector)� Demonstrated competency in Microsoft Office suite
and CRM software� High attention to detail� Strong communication skills (written and verbal)� Proactive approach The Westgold Offer:�
