SalaryJoin an Australian organisation as a Program Manager in a rapidly growing business based in the Sydney CBD. The organisation are currently in growth mode due to recent successful client acquisition and revenue growth and as a result are looking to expand the business across the product led divisions.This is a hands on program management role working across a stream of products that the business offers.You will be responsible for the successful hands on Program Management as well as playing a key role in strengthening project and program practices, provide oversight and assurance and guide the project delivery. You will liaise across the organisation nationally and be a key point of contact for the senior leadership of the organisation.To be successful in this role you will have demonstratable experience in leading Programs of work in large corporates or financial services, as well as some Portfolio Management experience, an understanding of frameworks, design and implementation of project assurance and recommendations of whether Programs should go ahead.You will:
- Lead strategic programs of work that affect the entirety of the business
- Support the Program and Project delivery across the group and ensure that programs are fit for purpose and applied to a high standard
- Have a hands on management of scope, schedule, cost and quality for assigned projects and programs
- Manage the project governance in line with the framework whilst also embedding and improving the Project Management Framework
- Manage a team of specialists across the PMO and ensure the continuous uplift of the quality of project artefacts
- Collect, analyse and understand insights to help support decision making
- Experience delivering significant programs of work
- Significant stakeholder management communication skills
- Experience in leading Program and Project teams and applied knowledge of Project Management Methodologies
