One of Australia's leading Federal Government departments are looking to engage a Program Managerto lead the Data Strategy in the department and will be responsible for the preparation and implementation of the data maturity program. The role can be based on multiple locations in Australia and offer flexible working arrangements. The successful Program Managerwill be offered a 12-month contract with a 12 month extension.
The successfulProgram Managerwill be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Delivery of the program will use a mix of internal and vendor resources
- Lead the identification, procurement, and management of specific complementary capabilities
- Manage supplement of internal capability
- Design and planning of a staged implementation adoption of more effective end-to-end data governance
The successful Program Managerwill have experience in the following:
- Experience in delivering a program that effects significant change
- They will also need excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
- Good Oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence or negotiate
- High level of diplomacy and political awareness
