YOUR ROLE
The Program Manager Leading in Faith role involves overseeing the Catholic Mission and Identity (CMI) Team's work with school leaders, clergy, teachers, and parents in the Archdiocese of Melbourne. They support Catholic schools in living out their faith, offer learning experiences for all, and develop resources for Religious Education. The main goal is to nurture lives of faith, hope, and love in the light of Jesus Christ. The ideal candidate is committed to Catholic faith and practice, Catholic Social teaching, and MACS policies.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Develop and implement a new Catholic Leadership framework for MACS
- Design and manage faith leadership programs for school leaders in alignment with MACS framework
- Support the implementation of the 2025 Australian Catholic Youth Festival and Teacher accreditation strategy
- Contribute to the development and implementation of Catholic Mission and Identity Team's priorities and MACS 2030 goals
- Cultivate partnerships with industry leaders and experts to enhance services and products, and effectively communicate with stakeholders
ABOUT YOU
- Proficient in leading, motivating, and coaching teams for quality outcomes
- Knowledgeable about the purpose and direction of Religious Education in the Archdiocese of Melbourne
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Strong expertise in theology, religious education, or relevant fields to support the formation of school leaders and teachers
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in managing change, coupled with effective time management skills to meet deadlines
