About the Role:
As a Transformation Program Manager, you will report to a Director leading their enterprise-wide workplace Transformation Program. Your role is critical in planning, executing, and ensuring the ongoing success of our transformation efforts across key areas: Customer, People, Technology & Growth.

- Sector Expertise: It would be highly adventitious if you have worked in Government, Local government, Public Sector or similar sector
This role is focused on business transformation, leveraging technology as a catalyst rather than a sole focus. Therefore, we are looking for candidates beyond IT program managers or those solely experienced in IT functions or transformations.
