ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Program and Project Administrator at Roadcraft Civil is responsible for overseeing and managing various civil construction projects. This role involves coordinating with different teams, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate and manage civil construction projects from inception to completion.
• Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure projects adhere to safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor Project progress, budgets, and timelines.
• Handle administrative tasks related to project documentation, reporting, and communication.
• Collaborate with the managerial and supervisory teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Identify potential challenges and proactively seek solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest civil engineering concepts and industry best practices.
