About the PositionThe
Beyond Bond Program is the University's signature, degree wide professional development program, through which students prepare for the transition from campus to career.This exciting and varied position will work closely with the
Beyond Bond team to oversee the daily systems management, monitor, and track student progress within the program, drive innovation through user experience, and engage with various stakeholders across the university community.The role is integral to our small, high performing team. Highly developed customer service skills to engage with various stakeholders and interact with a diverse student population will be paramount.
About the personAbout the PersonThe ideal candidate will have expertise in data administration platforms and client relations and the following:
- A university degree in a relevant discipline.
- Experience working with a range of key systems including IT solutions, business strategy and data research in a business environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Applied experience analysing and optimising IT Systems used for user experience workflows, and assessing/ monitoring student involvement or client management.
- Demonstrated experience translating business requirements into IT language and vice versa and acting as the conduit between highly technical IT personnel and non-IT personnel.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders from various departments.
Salary detailsThe salary range for the position commences at $88,971 to $94,084 per annum, plus 12% superannuation, commensurate with skills, qualifications, and experience.
