SMYL Community Services is a registered charity and leading education and training provider. We are seeking applications from experienced and motivated administrative officers with a demonstrated work history within a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and or Group Training Organisation (GTO).
The Administrative Officer works closely with and provides a wide range of Administrative Support to SMYL Trainers and Mentors. They are also the first point of contact with clients and other stakeholders.
This role is full time and is based in the South Region of Perth.
The Programme Support Administrative Officer will be required to:
1. Provide support to ensure that the Programme reporting requirements are met.
2. Liaise with stakeholders on a regular basis and enter data on to relevant Australian Government database as outlined in the guidelines.
3. Arrange client bookings, assessments and relevant correspondence.
4. Ensure all online tasks are entered within required timeframes.
5. Maintain a thorough and complete understanding of the Programme to ensure that KPIs are met.
To be successful in this position you should satisfy the following criteria:
1. High level administrative, organisational and time management skills.
2. Demonstrated strong computer skills and experience in using word processing, spreadsheets, databases, internet and email packages.
3. Administrative experience in a multi service environment.
4. Good organizational and time management skills.
5. Well-developed verbal communication skills and the ability to produce accurate reports, letters and other written materials to a high standard.
6. Demonstrated ability to communicate and liaise with a wide range of people.
7.Demonstrated ability to work effectively autonomously and as a team member.
